Who in this world doesn’t like Rowan Atkinson? I hear silence. Well, I have some great news … there’s a new Johnny English movie on the way. In a world where we are bombarded with new superhero movies every week it’s nice to have a favorite (different type of hero) return to the big screen. Having seen the first 2 Johnny English movies many times, my kids were thrilled when I told them the news of movie number 3.
For those of you who don’t know, Johnny is an elite British spy (think James Bond but not quite) who has a habit of getting things done by mistake. Nothing ever goes to plan but he somehow gets results, albeit with a little damage along the way.
This movie series is a somewhat tilted satirical view of the dangerous world of spies. It’ll be interesting to see how Johnny bumbles his way through this new mission.

My verdict: JE3 is due for release 5 October 2018 (UK), 26 Oct 2018 (US) and it looks like another fun dose of laughs.
